settings: Make sure we rotate clockwise

Newer wlroots (as of 0.11.0) changed rotation correction. Adapt to that.

obsoletes phoc!206 (closed)

For PureOS amber-phone we just revert that patch since wlroots is too old there and we have tight control over the used versions.
