Japanese locale

Added Japanese translations.
Please note: the first commit has nothing to do with the official project, it's specific to my fork.
I only intend on contributing Japanese localization, and bug fixes if I find them.
Features remain specific to my fork (although the Purism team is free to copy them over of course).
