Modernize system modal dialogs a bit

Move the text the icon as we do in other dialogs and expand the buttons at the bottom. Using a style class we can adjust the other dialogs (system-prompt, network prompt) easier. This moves us closer to #201 (closed) although we should then likely drop any margin around the buttons.
