proximity: faster proximity fading

Fades out faster when in proximity. This improves the user experience when placing a call as the phone blanks faster. The user isn't 'afraid' anymore to accidentally touch a button with his/her/their ear when placing a call for example. This aligns the experience with for example Sailfish OS.
