Handle newer rfkill structs

The rfkill struct got extended, handle that by using the new rfkill_event_ext when available.

This also cleans up config.h useage which in this case included the wrong one (from a subproject)

With https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/linux-next/-/merge_requests/415 we now show both the camera and mic killswitches as disabled.
