maintscript: Cleanup obsolete xdg autostart desktop file and release new package revision

Regarding the version specified in the maintscript this is what man dpkg-maintscript-helper says:

      If the conffile has not been shipped for several versions, and you are now
      modifying the maintainer scripts to clean up the obsolete file, prior-version
      should be based on the version of the package that you are now preparing, not
      the first version of the package that lacked the conffile. This applies to all
      other actions in the same way.

So I think the prior-version should be fine, but I'd appreciate a sanity check

Currently building 3.38.1-1+pureos2, 41.beta-0pureos1 and 41.beta-0pureos2 to make sure the upgrade removes the old .desktop file in any case
