Update to 41.4
This merges debian/master into pureos/byzantium to stop diverging from Debian too much (as we wanted to move faster a few months ago) and to update the application from the 41.0 beta to 41.4.
Due to an influx of spam, we have had to impose restrictions on new accounts. Please see this wiki page for instructions on how to get full permissions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
