Have multi-language documentation
It'a bit late to wake up to this problem, but better than never.
If Squeekboard is intended to bridge the language gap on the user side, it needs developers who are knowledgeable enough about those languages. This means chiefly layout contributors, but not exclusively.
The names and comments in the code can only be named once, limiting the language choices to one there, but layout, translation, coding, and contribution guides can (and should) have multiple variants. Communication with developers can use a subset of languages (chat, email, merge requests) too, so that should be explored.
A good start would be to ensure the docs are accessible in several languages. An issue for deeloper.puri.sm should be relevant: developer.puri.sm#6
