Use appropriate styling for layouts

Dorota Czaplejewicz requested to merge dorota.czaplejewicz/squeekboard:themes into master

This change adjusts the theme of the layout to user's theme. It tries to use a dedicated one if available, otherwise it uses a generic fallback adapting to the current theme.

As a result of removing the workaround, it's now possible to run squeekboard directly from the build directory again.
