Fresh Russian layout

Vlad requested to merge ejiek/squeekboard:ru-layout into master

To be honest I've done this before finding out that !220 (closed) exists. Closer look showed that there is more work required to close !220 (closed), so I present you my attempt to creating Russian layout.

ps. We usually have two symbols hidden behind long press on simillar ones (ё hides behind е, ъ -ь). I really miss this feature.
