keyboard: Move semicolon in German layout to numbers view replacing redundant comma key

@dorota.czaplejewicz: Sorry, I was too rash with MR !406 (merged): Unfortunately I overlooked that there's a redundant comma key in the numbers view. So it makes more sense to replace this key with the formerly missing semicolon key and revert the changes from MR!406 (for consistencies sake). So here's the MR for that.
