Draft: Move to systemd

Dorota Czaplejewicz requested to merge dorota.czaplejewicz/squeekboard:mib into master

With these patches, Squeekboard becomes a systemd user service, which makes support easy, because I could never get logs from gnome-session.

When trying out, use the commit before the last, because I marked the last one as a conflict with phosh: phosh is launching squeekboard currently.
