use the same ATF branches on the phone and on the devkit

Martin Kepplinger requested to merge martin.kepplinger/u-boot-builder:atf_nxp_branches into librem5

currently the "busfreq" branch is the same as the librem5 branch but it doesn't need to stay that way. There's no intention to use a different ATF on the devkit and the phone.
