Update documentation to reference Debian package builds of swtpm/libtpms

This updates the documenation to use the swtpm/libtpm Debian packages. At the time of this commit, the packages are still being built from source, but the long-term goal is to add them to PureOS/byzantium, which will greatly simplify the process of hacking on PureBoot from a PureOS machine.
Even on a plain Debian system though, this should remove the need for any AppArmor tweaks.
