modules/hotp_verification: bump version to latest

primalmotion requested to merge primalmotion/pureboot:nitrokey-3-support into purism_next

Nitrokey is adding support for NitroKey 3. This patch updates nitrokey-hotp-verification to the latest version (until a a release is cut).

Tested on a Librem 14. LibremKey still works as usual.

The hotp_verification app is currently pointing to master, but a new version will probably be tagged soon upstream, since NitroKey is accelerating the devs for the NK3 (the firmare 1.4 has already been released a few hours ago)
