Test upgrading from byzantium on Librem 5 and PC devices.

Resolve issues preventing the upgrade from completing.

Resolve issues breaking major functionality after the upgrade, so common apps / usage patterns are testable. (Major functionality, i.e. desktop, audio, networking, cellular, etc., must work following upgrade.)

Resolve any issues that may prevent future updates, if any remain after the prior milestone. (It is likely some community members will update actively-used systems, we should not require a reflash to reach GR at this point.)

Complete when:

• Community members can update byzantium devices to crimson for alpha test
• Major functionality works following the update (desktop, audio, networking, cellular, etc.)
• Systems updated this way will be updatable to the general release
