Allow to bring the OSK back by toggling the setting since vitual mouse often wants virtual keyboard. Also

adds StartupNotify to desktop file
sets a proper program name to pick the right icon
switches CI to byzantium

Those changes were mostly prompted by using Librem 5 in "presentation" mode.
