Fix a c'n'p error. Split finalize and dispose while at that.

When the shell comes up we want a locked screen since there's no
display manager in front of it.

Always use the first one for panel and lockscreen

Don't assume the panel is always on the first monitor. This fixes the
menu position of the settings menu with two displays.

There were some fixes regarding xdg popup positioning.

Harmless now but might prevent future errors

The lock screen now shows the current time and on upward drag it
switches to the lock screen. The lock screen then shows a keypad to
unlock the screen.

Validating the entered pin will be done in a follow up patch.

Binding to wl_seat breaks GTK+ input since GTK+ binds it as well.

We use the overlay level for the lock screen so it's above 'top' which
is currently being used for the menus (until they turn into xdg popups).

If one only needs certain values others can be passed as NULL

Assume a panel height of 0 instead. This allows us to use it to setup
the panel itself.

This will usually not happen but it's better to be safe than sorry.

This in turn needs xdg_shell from wayland-protocols

This enables us to use translations

    gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.background picture-uri file:///path/to/img

This currently displays the image without distortion. Other scaling
modes can be added later.
