Remove tunnel setup instructions link in user profile page.
As the title says, this commit removes the link pointing to instructions to setup the tunnel. This is in the users' profile page.
Due to an influx of spam, we have had to impose restrictions on new accounts. Please see this wiki page for instructions on how to get full permissions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
