updated the task missing from bosun status report

#8 (moved) #7 (moved) Issues are fetched based on pagination, perpage=20 by default, it fetch and group the issues which are in the 20 Now the issues pagination , Per_page is changed to maximum(100), it fetch and group the issues which are in the 100
