Remove proprietary Molex datasheets.

This merge request from my fork to the main Librem Key repo removes two Molex proprietary datasheets and adds a short README file to the datasheets directory. If we need the Molex files for any reason, we need to archive them outside of the current repository which we're using for RYF certification.
