This adds a new release tag to this package to make it on pair with the version number that will go to the repos. Also updates the README file.

@guido.gunther can you check this merge request and if everything is ok for you, merge it and make a new signed tag so that this new version can be pushed to the repos?

the tag version should be v0.0.4
