Initial debianization of synevolution 2.0.0

• Debian directories files based on 1.5.3-2 (the last Deb version of syncevolution before removed from the archive)

• Control:

  • Updated dependencies in control file, Removed KDE dependencies
  • Removed syncevolution HTTP package, did not considered it necessary for this use case
  • Set maintainer to me (but I am happy to change that)
  • removed KDE packages

• Changelog:

  • created a changelog for an initial commit, since the package is a new version and has no deb patches, and old version is removed from the archive

• Copyright:

  • left the original Debian Maintainers has this work was based of their work

• Rules:

  • disabled KDE stuff, oauth2 and gui-app (not needed for this case)
  • commented out patches and other lines not required anymore

• Patches:

  • Removed all previous patches from Debian (referred to the kfreeBSD kernel)

• Install files:

• updated install files and removed unused files (related to KDE, GUI app, auth2, HTTP synevolution)

• Removed old TODO documentation

• added Librem 5 CI
