The information should be kept in the .po files, having it here just
duplicates it and makes it more costly to keep it sync.

Committed partial translation to Git to avoid losing strings again the next
time gtranslator refuses to save the file.

 - Minor fixes to the changelog file.
 - Sort alphabetically the languages in LINGUAS.
