WIP: Update localechooser based on '2.93'
Move over now to localechooser, I've done basically the same as in the cron tree. So again this is more a MR for sorting and discussion the things. This branch would get needed to be pushed directly, not getting merged!
I've created on top of the master branch a new one called pureos/latest. Merged than in the latest Debian tag 2.93 and adjusted the packaging a bit. Quite all these changes were Lintian fixups, some of the outstanding Lintian issues are still visible but belonging to issues that are within the Debian source.
There is a MR opened by the Janitor helper already https://salsa.debian.org/installer-team/localechooser/-/merge_requests/4 I can try to address these issues by "complaining" on the debian-boot list later. But I've not fixed them within the prepared packaging to keep the delta small and rather get fixed this upstream.
We can add a autopkgtest too, but I've no good idea how to do this here.
