Update util-linux in landing to 2.37.2-2pureos1

I've updated the modified PureOS util-linux repo for landing by merging in the latest changes from Debian unstable. I'm not sure how the also updated branches upstream and pristine-tar get handled, would need dedicated MRs or some manual fetching and pushing by someone who is able to do this.

Let me know if I've missed something or done something wrong.
