Draft: Build L5 images

Evangelos Ribeiro Tzaras requested to merge evangelos.tzaras/pureos-image-recipes:l5 into master

As pureos-isohybrid.yaml didn't quite look like the right fit, I decided to add a separate recipe instead.

This is on top of !1 to be able to reuse things like LUKS setup scripts (even though this recipe currently only builds unencrypted images).
