growroot: Handle LUKS volumes

Sebastian Krzyszkowiak requested to merge sebastian.krzyszkowiak/cloud-initramfs-tools:luks into pureos/latest

If root device turns out to be a LUKS volume, find out the actual block device behind it and use it for resizing.

Draft, because it's untested - needs to be tested with freshly flashed plain and luks images.
