Update cron based on 'debian/3.0pl1-137'

This MR is about updating cron to 3.0pl1-137pureos1 in landing.

I created a new branch pureos/latest on top of master from the PureOS packaging view to adjust the branch naming to the current packaging practice. The MR should not go into the old master branch, that's why I mainly prefixed the subject WIP for now.

So the current state is for now just a discussion base if the modifications are acceptable and o.k.
