Patch cleanup
So we're able to track progress and it also becomes simpler for downstreams to track our modifications this
- moves all patches applied in newer versions to an
upstream/folder - moves all downstream patches to a
pureos/folder - moves all forwarded but not yet applied patches to a
forwarded/folder and adds links to the upstream MRs - drops alls '[PATCH]' and any numbers from paths and filenames
