debian/patches: Add patches to let g-c-c work both on phones and laptop

These set of patches shall let g-c-c behave appropriately on phone and laptop depending on where g-c-c is run

display: The monitor list is now vertically oriented for phone notification: Hide lockscreen notification on phones power: Remove power buttons on phones region: Remove keyboard preview button in input row shell: Hide some panels when on phone user: Limit passwords to 6 digits on phone user: Hide unlock buttons
