Create PureOS fork of Lollypop for byzantium

Hi,

as a base for further discussion here is a MR that adds PureOS related modifications for adding the current Lollypop version from Debian testing into byzantium.

The removal of the Uploaders field will probably need some rethinking. Note the email about this topic on pureos-project.
