Update epiphany scripts to account for internal bwrap
Epiphany now has added internal sandboxing that happens to use bwrap. Due to this and a few other changes, we've had to add a few new directories and files into the sandbox for epiphany to work.
Due to an influx of spam, we have had to impose restrictions on new accounts. Please see this wiki page for instructions on how to get full permissions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
