Confirmed this is a regression in Chatty. Does not block use of Chatty for alpha testing, so added it to the general release milestone.

Not a chatty bug, but GTK4: This is the case for all GTK4 apps as can easily be seen in e.g. gnome-contacts. Enter any text field and the scroll the viewport.

Either gtk4 or phoc.

Both are terribly outdated in crimson though and bringing them up-to-date will be challenging. Probably best to keep them as they are and move towards dawn as soon as possible.
