Use SIM country code

Evangelos Ribeiro Tzaras requested to merge (removed):wip/get_sim_country_code into master

Grabs the country code from the IMSI, similar to how it's done in purple-mm-sms!16 (merged)

With this MR entries in the history will get matched to contacts much better. If your contact is saved with country code CallsBestMatch will now match correctly even if a number without country code is given.

This should close #217 (closed) #167 (closed) and also (just to be on a roll) #254 (closed) and #227

Missing:

  • Ofono code querying the IMSI (could go into a separate MR)
