mm-account: Delete orphaned MMSes

Chris Talbot requested to merge kop316/chatty:wip/mms_delete into master

While waiting for MMS updates, a user may delete the chat. If that happens, chatty should delete the MMS instead of trying to show it again. This MR depends on !1003 (merged) first
