- fixes an issue in MMS settings where Chatty should send a "NULL" for carrier proxy but instead sends ""
- converts carrier MMS settings to settings properties to allow
g_object_freeze_notifyandg_object_thaw_notifyto properly work - fixes an indentation issue in
chatty-settings.c
