Simplify some of the device schemes

Let the device themes chain up to the parent theme for a bunch of devices dropping redundant profiles and events. This handles librem5, pp, pp-pro, galaxy s5 and the sf4.

Left out oneplus 6T and pocophone as those profiles are incomplete. They should be able to use the same pattern (as feedbackd ignores nonexistent hw) but let's have the device maintainers check this.
