We just use the byzantium version

This reverts commit fbe0101c.

Drop until it hits byzantium

The dev package is not that important atm and we add it back
once more deps are in place

This way we get packages suitable for byzantium

Otherwise the laptop installer breaks

Byzantium does not have PureOS Store yet

librem5-base v32

Use the shell specific package for things related
to the shell. We'll use mobile-tweaks and meta-phosh
to unclutter librem5-base further in the future.

Debian thankfully ships security updates for webkit but they don't
use WPE so break epiphany. Hence lower the priority of packages from
amber, amber-security, amber-updates and amber-proposed-updates
but leave amber-phone, amber-phone-staging at default priority.

This still allows to use

   apt install <pkg>/amber-security

while prefering amber-phone{,-staging} by default.

We add a lintian override since this is better than breaking
installations. This will go away automatically when we switch
to byzantium.

Use single click and smaller symbols

Patched glibc is already in amber-phone-staging, we can install
`gstreamer1.0-libav` by default now for better media support in
Epiphany.

Needed for phosh's volume automounting

When powering off (not rebooting) the Librem 5 battery should be put
into shipmode in order to preserve its' capacity. For the whole
discussion, see https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/linux-next/-/issues/120

When USB power is plugged in during powering off, we don't change
any behaviour though. Setting shipmode in that situation would
make charging stop when powering off. Of course this means that
if the phone is shut down while plugged in and unplugged later,
the battery will still discharge slowly.

Only when unplugged, running on battery only, during shutdown,
we set shipmode and prevent the battery to discharge while the
phone is powered off.

Listing non-adaptive apps there makes the filter pointless.

It's not needed anymore.

It's a package that configures default Firefox profile to better fit
the small mobile screen. It doesn't pull Firefox itself with it.

Useful for non-GNOME things that don't really fit into base
metapackage.

The shell handles this to show close buttons in docked mode.

100 (46% in alsamixer) is way too low.

UCM profile has been renamed from `Audio` to `HiFi` in order to follow 
standard ALSA naming.

This commit makes sure we use the right profile/sink/source name.

Current profile configures both the input and output at the same time
when selecting a device, while we could want different combinations
(e.g. headphone output w/ internal mic input). Moreover, it doesn't use
standard ALSA names for use cases and devices.

This patch reworks the profile to allow separate activation of the
input and output devices and uses standard device names as per
https://git.alsa-project.org/?p=alsa-lib.git;a=blob;f=include/use-case.h

Note: the headset microphone is not part of this patch as it requires
kernel work.

This makes corking already apply when waiting for the other party
to pick up an outgoing call.

Whitelist apps that fit the phone screen until their desktop files
catches up.
