pwm-vibra doesn't support active low output

pwm-vibra should be able to support the pwm haptic motor but it's active high so need to add code to make it active low.

Isn't that what PWM_POLARITY_INVERTED
flag is for?
When I created this issue that didn't work as far as I remember. It's been such a long time that I don't even remember for sure what I tried.
