Add separate DT for dogwood and prepare for later revs

We'll need a different DT so let's start moving things into place

I'm putting this here so we can come up with a upstreamable versioning. This currently uses batch names everywhere but we might want to use version numbers for the DT file names (@eric.kuzmenko would need to confirm these will change for evergreen) and e.g. use

Purism Librem 5 Dogwood (1.0.0)

for the model.
