Document changes and release 0.4.1

Would be nice to get !153 (merged) in to make downstreams' life easier.

with all the other stuff going on what about releasing 0.4.1 without it and merge !153 (merged) right afterward, that would give us more time to find corner cases and i can upload a wlroots 0.11.0 to Debian.

@guido.gunther !153 (merged) doesn't switch to 0.11.0, it just fixes the compilation failures when building with it. It shouldn't make any difference to us until we actually switch to 0.11.0, so we can still have as much time as we want there.

i see - i was wondering how we would get away with so little changes. But then i don't think it's really necessary but it won't hurt much either.
