Updated to 0.11.0 (#145) for easier testing.

We still need to make 0.11.0 buildable on amber-phone and check our patches in case some should be still applied on top of 0.11.0.

we could start out with using this on bullseye/byzanthium since backporting will become more and more work.

Using phoc 0.4.0 with this MR patched in with wlroots 0.11.0 on the PinePhone. So far seems to be working.

The only journalctl messages I see:
