Fix Hebrew layout inconsistencies with standard hebrew layout.

The Hebrew layout was a non standard one - this should now be fixed.
The left shift key was removed, since Hebrew does not have capital letters.
The spacing is what I'm not sure about - I only tested it in qemu.
This will fix #272 (closed).
