Otherwise we can't test with mainline rootston and
G_DEBUG=fatal-warnings easily.

Now that more people are building our code make sure we pull in recent
enough versions.

We're using an eventbox to detect button press events. This can
later be used for right click actions

Now that we wrap and scroll properly there's no need to keep it at the beginning.

This allows us to use all available screen space

This simplifies development and also moves the locking out of the
constructor.

This makes it more obvious where it comes from

* Closes settings when favorites is clicked and vice verca
* Close menu when activated a second time

This is enough to see the monitors in the control panel with somewhat
correct mode information.

Safes one keystroke when unlocking with a keyboard attached.

So far we only looked at the overall input time which is too short
to enter the PIN reliably.

When the shell comes up we want a locked screen since there's no
display manager in front of it.

This makes sure we're starting with a fresh number when switching
back to the keypad.

This makes sure the unlock process work keyboard only

Make it simpler to use phosh with a keyboard

We resize to the correct size in the layer surface's configure event.
The current code did not take multiple outputs into account anyway.

Always use the first one for panel and lockscreen

This wraps GtkWindow based layer surfaces in proper objects.

This does not yet work for objects using GtkBuilder since we can't pass
in the output and layer-shell there.

To indicate the sliding direction

Don't assume the panel is always on the first monitor. This fixes the
menu position of the settings menu with two displays.

There were some fixes regarding xdg popup positioning.
