Depend on pureos-standard and phosh-full, clean up dependencies

Add dependencies on pureos-standard and phosh-full to reduce the
direct dependencies.  Clean up a few miscellaneous dependencies.

phosh-full has a dependency on `phosh-phone | phosh-tablet`, so install
`phosh-tablet` also since phone dependencies are not needed on
Librem 11.

librem11-base-all:
- added: pureos-standard
- removed: modemmananger libmbim-utils (no modem on Librem 11)
- removed: apparmor dosfstools (pureos-standard)
- removed: f2fstools (not needed)

librem11-base-recommends-all:
- removed: gnss-share pcscd (no GPS/smart card on Librem 11)

librem11-gnome-base-all:
- removed: gnome-settings-daemon gvfs-backends phoc (phosh-core)
- removed: evince (phosh-core -> gnome-session-common)
- removed: gstreamer1.0-libav (phosh-full, now part of librem11-gnome)

librem11-gnome-base-recommends-all:
- removed: gnome-getting-started-docs (obsolete)

librem11-gnome-all:
- added: phosh-full phosh-tablet
- removed: epiphany-browser kgx (phosh-core)

librem11-gnome-recommends-all:
- removed: phosh-games phosh-mobile-settings phosh-tour gnome-clocks
  gnome-usage (phosh-full)
- removed: gnome-terminal (gnome-console replaces this)
- removed: gnome-contacts (phosh-tablet)

librem11-non-gnome-all:
- moved to recommends: firefox-esr-mobile-config
