librem11-base-defaults: Prevent keyboard cover from showing cursor · d2507543

Prevent the keyboard cover from causing the compositor to show a mouse
cursor.  Ignore the pointer device in libinput, and ignore the consumer
control interface's REL_HWHEEL input so it is not treated as a pointer.
Neither of these interfaces do anything.
