g_date_time_new() expects an actual year, while the tm struct
only provides the number of years since 1900.

Some calendars provide custom timezones, and set events to
them. We need to account for that when importing calendars.

Preserve the original timezone when editing, but always display
the start and end times in local timezone.

Convert the start and end datetimes to the local timezone
before displaying them.

If we can't find an appropriate timezone, query the ECalClient
for it and give it an extra chance of finding the right timezone.
